Regarding your purchase of all products on this website with the exception of any tobacco products the following rules apply.
If your goods are in any way broken or damaged your refund will only be valid if you email us with the issue on the day that the goods arrive with you. Emailing the following day will mean that you will not be eligible for any refund, so please act immediately on opening your parcel. Yo need to email info@shishatobacco.eu with a photograph of the damaged goods to validate your return.
Please note that all orders, once placed, are considered firm and any subsequent cancellations which are allowed by us will be subject to a 25% handling fee in respect of loss of profits and goods must be returned to us at the customers expense. The item of return must not have been used in any way whatsoever and sent to us within 30 days. This does not affect your statutory rights in a consumer transaction. Goods are not supplied on a trial basis, please therefore check compatibility or suitability for purpose with the manufacturer or other competent body prior to ordering. To initiate a returned item please begin by sending your email to info@shishahookah.co.uk specifying your reason for return and describing the fault in the item.
Replacement of Damaged or Broken Items
If you are requesting to have a replacement to a broken item you must contact us i within 24 hours of the package arriving with you. Any delay after 24 hours and the items will not be eligible for return. In the case of broken bowls or vase glass or any other broken items you need to take a photograph of the item and email it to us at info@shishatobacco.eu and one of our friendly team will happily assist you.

All tobacco purchased via this website is shipped to you from Middle Eastrespectively. We do not accept any refunds at all on any purchases of either Al Fakher tobacco or Nakhla tobacco. Please ensure you therefore select the flavors you wish and inform us of the number of each flavor clearly during the checkout process. You specify this in the customer comments box that is clearly marked.
